Revisions

  • Projects paused over 30 days without communication are considered cancelled and the deposit is forfeited

Starter Launch: 4-6 weeks from kickoff. Growth Launch: 6-8 weeks. Full Brand Launch: 8-12 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly you turn around assets and approvals on your end. We commit to the dates we give you on the kickoff call – miss-by-us extends your Care plan a month at no charge.
50% deposit due before we start work, 50% balance due before final delivery (or before the site goes live, for storefront builds). Care plans are billed monthly on the same date.
Yes. The deposit is non-refundable once we begin (it secures your project slot), but after that you can cancel any time and won’t be billed for unstarted deliverables. Already-delivered work is final. If you pause more than 30 days without communication we treat it as cancelled.
No. We make the introduction so your application gets reviewed, but the documentation, business verification, and approval process are entirely between you and the processor. We’re not involved in their review and can’t influence the outcome. The plugin and customer guides we ship work regardless of which crypto processor approves you.
